I have always had an interest in lower back pain. As a former local government worker, I was aware lower back pain contributed to many colleagues sickness.
Whilst I have a passion for personal training, I also enjoy the rewards of helping referral clients.
Since qualifying in GP Exercise Referral, I have furthered my studying by qualifying in Management of Lower Back Pain. This qualification has allowed me to help gym members, clients, friends and family members with appropriate exercises, mobility/flexibility techniques and posture changes specific to their individual conditions.
As a personal trainer, I can help with fitness goals such as losing weight, toning up, training for a specific fitness event or reducing lower back pain.
I have experience in several different self defences/martial arts and I can incorporate these into a PT session if required. Other fitness activities I enjoy trail running, Yoga & Endurance/Strength training.
I can help train you in a Gym environment, outside or at home.
