I am a self confessed nerd. I love all forms of technology and enjoy keeping it working as it should. I have over 15 years experience in working with PCs and laptops and am also a qualified network technician. I also have several years experience of explaining complex technology in a way that everyone – including technophobes! – will understand. As well as this, I am also fluent in British Sign Language so if you communicate through sign and need support with your technology I can help without the need to organise an interpreter.

I take great pleasure in getting things working as they should, and ensuring people get the most out of their technology for as long as possible. I get frustrated when I hear about people receiving ridiculously overpriced quotes or being talked into paying for an unnecessary upgrade as they have been convinced there is nothing that can be done to improve or restore their current kit to fully working order.
