Daisy Roots

Daisy Roots has been developed by myself, a local Mum of two. Over the past 10 years I have established myself as a reliable, dedicated childcare provider within our community. I am now expanding my successful business.

All too often childcare is expensive, impersonal, doesn't quite meet expectations or cover the hours that parent's need.

Our ethos is simple: friendly, affordable, local solutions for parents. Our staff are, and will always be, strictly selected for their passion, experience and dedication to caring for children.

I am now offering my service on a larger scale yet with the same standards and expectations of care that I feel so strongly about.

Daisy Roots strongly admires and supports children's individuality and we take great care to get to know our children so that they feel understood, respected and acknowledged. We promote the importance of friendship and work hard to achieve that. Whilst in our care children develop a sense of belonging to our happy, fun Daisy Roots family. I know that ultimately our children's happiness is paramount and a child's desire to attend and return to us when they can't be at home is my ultimate goal.

We are a member of the Out of School Alliance and registering for Ofsted.

Daisy Roots aims to provide an evolving range of parental solutions and our current offer includes;

'Stay and Play’ - popup currently at the function room of Stokes & Moncreiff Twickenham: a safe, fun and sociable playgroup space for parents and carers of babies and toddlers. Toys and activities are rotated on a daily basis to ensure little ones have an enjoyable experience every play. With frequent visits from local children’s professional’s, there is be something for everyone to enjoy, including quality tea, coffee, soft drinks and cakes. Numbers are regulated to ensure safe, enjoyable play.

Holiday Club - quality, affordable all day childcare for 5-12 year olds out of term time. Hoping to launch July 2016.

Before & After School Club – hoping to launch September 2016. Providing a safe and homely atmosphere where children age between 5-12 can relax, socialise, play and recharge before and after school.
