I am an independent slimming consultant, working in Halton to delivering alternative methods to losing weight

I strongly believe that no one 'diet' solves everyones weight problems and issues,
Each of us is unique, and led very different lifestyles
My approach to each person is as an individual. Our lives, our history with weight, the way we deal with our weight and food, our food tastes and preferences are all so different, there Daily Dieters offer a range of plans to support you

I cannot remember a time in my life when I wasn't trying or at least aware of the latest diet that was on the market - be it sensible or not so.
When my feelings weren't linked to the number flashing on the scales, or not been able to squeeze into any of my clothes. I have had good days and bad, awful or ok, depending on my weight loss

During my time on maternity leave I decided to take matters into my own hands, after attending a well known slimming group I was given a plan and sent on my way!! I basically felt like another number and not an individual. After missing the following week’s group I wasn’t contacted to see if I was ok with the plan or not.
I then realised that the information I was given didn’t tell me anything about

Therefore between sleeps and feeds I completed my Level 5 Advance Diploma in Nutritional studies to give me the knowledge to support others.
I have since lost 3 stone following a variety of Plans
