Cycle Rhythm is a state-of-the-art indoor cycling studio offering a high intensity, low impact workout with proven benefits. Our classes combine music, passionate instructors and high-spec cycles to create an exhilarating workout suitable for everyone, no matter their level of
experience or fitness. Designed to engage your entire body, a Cycle Rhythm class is sure to burn calories, blast fat, tone muscles and help you to achieve increased cardiovascular strength and endurance in just 45 minutes.

Our instructors will guide you up hills and across flat terrain, take you through speed drills, and inspire you to pedal stronger. The intensity of the class varies throughout, thanks to changing the body position, pedal speed and resistance of the bike’s flywheel.

Challenge yourself as little or as much as you want during every Cycle Rhythm class- you control the intensity. Indoor cycling can be an intense workout for beginners, so don’t worry if you need to take a break or slow down.

Cycle Rhythm classes are fuelled by nightclub-worthy music to help charge your workout and spur you on to meet your goals. At our classes, you can dive into the music, immerse yourself in the beat, find your rhythm and leave feeling strong, invigorated and empowered.

At Cycle Rhythm, we use top of the range Keiser Cycles- these bikes are completely adjustable allowing you to set them up according to your body size for the most comfortable ride. Each bike is fitted with a console which allows you to track and record progress. A leader board
is displayed at the front of the studio throughout each class, if you choose to opt in, your performance data will appear on the screen enabling you to compete with other riders.

Our bikes are arranged on tiered levels to ensure you have a clear view of the instructor from any bike you choose. After class, hit up our recovery room to stretch, cool down and actively recover from your workout.
