I have lost 3 sizes with Cambridge over 8 years ago and have kept it weight off. Driven by my fantastic weight loss on the plan, I became a Cambridge Consultant to help other people, who like me have struggled with their weight.
I gained weight after having 2 children and after ten years of trying unsuccessfully to lose it through various diets, I concluded that there must be something different about me. I couldn't lose weight. I discovered Cambridge in 2008 and was interested but not expecting results. I thought that I would always be overweight. Wow! How wrong I was!
I lost weight easily and rapidly and now maintain it successfully 8 years on.
It's changed my outlook and knowledge of nutrition completely.
