After working in the first aid supplies industry for as long as I can remember it became apparent that many companies provided a remarkably average service, offering little advice and poor customer service, we wanted to change that. Starting from a spare bedroom and rapidly expanding to a 5,813ft² warehouse in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear we are making a difference, providing top-notch service along with the best advice for dealing with and preventing injuries, we aim to get a first aid kit in every household and business, before it's too late.
