Currie Lettings is owned and managed by Fiona Currie, an experienced letting professional and also a landlord of many years standing. Fiona has an extensive knowledge of the local rental market and all our properties are under her personal supervision. We aim to provide a personal service and are proud to say that most of our clients come to us through recommendation.

Fiona trains her staff personally to ensure a high standard of service. We only use reputable local tradesmen (although you are free to choose your own if you so wish).

We will collect rent payments, organise repairs, annual gas inspections and carry out regular inspections of your property to ensure that all is well. We also arrange the changeover of utilities and council tax when a new tenant moves in. We ensure that all government regulations are adhered to in relation to paperwork and the lodging of the tenancy deposit. We take particular care in vetting and choosing tenants in order to minimise problems later on.

Communication is very important to us and we like to keep our clients fully informed at all times. Our paperwork is clear and easy to understand and all rental payments are made promptly. We are able to provide advice on all aspects of property letting and are available to answer your queries or provide assistance when you need it. We offer flexible packages to suit your circumstances.
