The accommodation includes entrance lobby and a downstairs WC/cloak room; there is an open plan sitting room – with flat screen TV/Freeview/DVD player, a dining area with French doors leading to an enclosed terrace with table and chairs – ideal for eating outdoors – a fully fitted kitchen which is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

On the first floor is a stylish double bedroom that has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers; there is also a bunk bedroom and a house bathroom which has a bath with a shower over, wash basin and WC. On the second floor is the master bedroom with king size bed and flat screen TV/Freeview together with an en-suite shower room with wash basin and WC.

To the rear of the property is an enclosed patio area – enjoy morning coffee or sit and watch the stars with a glass of wine. All bedding and towels are included.
