Confidence Through Learning promotes the advantages of learning to help with Mental Health, Wellbeing, Confidence, Self-Efficacy and Physical Health, to learners from all backgrounds, different circumstances and personal barriers.All members have a strong background, in how learning has increased their confidence, helped them progress and be a stronger, balanced and happier person. They want to pass the enthusiasm on for learning and growing.
