Welcome to The Crown Hotel, Stoke-on-Trent. Formally known as the Crown and Anchor Hotel and was built in 1887 on the site of a former pub "The White Horse". The Crown Hotel was always a large place of community gathering celabrating births, deaths and marriages since the day of completion. With close connections to the now demolished "St John the baptist's Church" and were linked together with an underground tunnel.
