Welcome to Crown Fitness! We are a friendly and welcoming community gym in the heart of Llantwit Fardre with a passion for making health and fitness accessible to everyone.

We offer a great variety of fun classes and expert personal training. All abilities welcome.

Classes include spin, cardio box, kettlebells, circuits, legs bums and tums, core conditioning

We believe that exercise should be inclusive regardless of age or ability and as such we welcome all ages and abilities. We also believe that exercise should be fun!
