We offer 3 classes at different levels.
Level 1 is a beginners class - no particular level of fitness required (obviously no health issues that would stop you from exercising). These classes are 30 minutes, include a variation of different core/body weight and cardiovascular exercises (ie planks, sit ups, push ups etc) and are held on a Sunday morning at 9.45am, and a Wednesday evening at 6.45pm.
Level 2 is slightly more advanced and is before the level1 classes, but for 45 minutes (9am Sunday and 6pm Wednesday) and includes a weighted circuit.
Level 3 is an advanced class and is held on a Sunday at 10.15 and Wednesday at 7.15pm. They are small classes (max 15 per class) and require pre-booking.
