CrossFit SouthEast Witham is now open to offer small group core and strength and conditioning programs. CrossFit aims to optimize physical competence in each of the ten fitness domains: cardiovasculer and respiratory, endurance, stamina, strenght, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
CrossFit programs are suitable for everyone. The CrossFit programs can be scaled down or up depending on the athlete's strenghts and weaknesses.
