CrossFit Vita-Ray is a place where quality and diligent coaching, progressive programming and a welcoming community combine to provide not just results, but lifelong positive changes in health and fitness.

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning programme that is accessible to all. We believe that the needs of olympic level athletes and our grandparents are the same in nature, but differ only in intensity.
All movements and workouts can be tailored to suit any level of existing fitness, meaning that a diverse level of 'athletes', 'fitness enthusiasts' or 'newbies' can all workout at the same time, in the same community and benefit equally from each other.
