CrossFit Romsey

We are very unique and different to commercial gyms.
We surprise people by the fact we don't have gym machines here such as; running machines or cross trainers.
We aim to give the local population the opportunity to improve their fitness and health for which they can apply to their everyday lives. Using basic equipment such as gymnastics rings, pull up bars and kettlebells, rather than corporate machines we aim to restore the belief that fitness is about physical movement and everyday functionality! We believe that the way you train is far more important than where you train and that the community that you train within facilitates adherence and positive well-being much more than what equipment you have, What is often missing from commercial gyms.
