Monday 6:30am, 9:30am, 4,5,6,7pm 6pm & 8pm PAYG CrossFit (upstairs)
Tuesday 6:30am, 9:30am, 5,6,7pm 6pm Yoga (upstairs)
Wednesday 6:30am, 9:30am 4,5,6,7,8pm 6pm PAYG CrossFit (upstairs)
Thursday 5pm PAYG CrossFit, 6pm Yoga (upstairs)
Friday 6:30am, 9:30am 4,5,6pm
Saturday 8,9am CrossFit 10am CrossFit Strongman, 10am Yoga (upstairs)
Sunday Gym closed

Open gym:
Open gym til 11am every week day. Then from 3pm-8pm

CrossFit JST will be opening to the public on Saturday 2nd March, 10am-1pm. Giving anyone the chance to come down and have a look around.

Those with previous CrossFit experience from any other affiliates will get the chance to take part in a few WODs!

Memberships:

We will be available to take new memberships on the day, price packages are as follows...

2 sessions per week (8 per month) - £60
Unlimited Access - £80 (unlimited access to all CrossFit classes. Yoga is NOT included)
