What we are
At CrossFit Hertford we do not think like an ordinary gym. Acres of treadmills and other monotonous machines have no place on our results driven gym floor.

How we obtain real results
What we offer is the most effective workout program possible. We are serious about real fitness. Our workouts typically last less than 30 minutes and are far more effective and exceedingly more exciting than spending hours on a treadmill or doing isolation movements, they will include cardiovascular, weights and gymnastics training. In fact the whole package including warm up, workout and cool down will have you on your way in less than 60 minutes.
If you pledge just 3 sessions per week, rapid results will quickly follow and you will notice significant changes in your fitness levels.

What we offer
CrossFit classes will be held daily in the gym where you will be trained by CrossFit personal trainers/coaches in groups. We also assign a WOD (work out of the day) to you when you arrive and help you perform it safely and effectively.

Don’t worry
We understand that at first our workouts and style of training may make you feel intimidated or seem too hard but at CrossFit Hertford every WOD (workout of the day) is completely scalable to any ability and fitness level. It is not uncommon to have a 26-year-old football player and a 67-year-old retiree doing the same WOD together. We promise to have you saying ‘I can’t believe I just did that’. We pride our selves on making fitness possible for everyone irrespective of there current levels when they entre our gym. We all have a starting place and as long as you take that first step you have won half the battle.

Finally
You will be physically and mentally challenged each and every time you step through the door. However, your biggest obstacle is not our WOD, it is your motivation.
