Monday-Friday - 10.00am - 8pm
Saturday - 10.00am - 4pm
Sunday - Closed

(These hours are guidelines of my working hours when I am able to reply to messages etc and available for dropping off of deposits, Collection times will be arranged with each customer)

Creative Bakes is a home Baker/Cake Decorator, which can Supply Cakes, Cupcakes & Many other Creative Treats. We proudly hold a 5* Food Hygiene rating from Belfast City Council EHO and take pride in our creations. Our Service is Collection only.

DEPOSITS
A Small Deposit must be paid to Secure your Order Date. Deposits are non refundable or Transferable. We are happy to design and draw up ideas for your cakes but only once a deposit has been paid. We cannot hold dates without a deposit unless arranged otherwise. We accept payment through paypal or you can drop it to us. Also a we can offer the option of paying in installments.

DAMAGES
once a product leaves our premises we cannot be liable for any damages etc. after the products have left us. Please make sure you organise how you will transport your produtcs. We dont reccomend setting cakes on car seats flat surfaces are best.

REFUNDS
Refunds are subject to availiblity.
Since "taste" is a personal preffereance and opinion we cannot offer refunds if you simply do not like the taste as this is in your own opinion. Refunds will only be issued in the event of faulty proudcts or wrong order. Full refunds will only be given in certain circumimstances.

Packages can be provided for Party's & Coffee mornings etc with Multiple items. I am open 6 days a week all year round. Including Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Valentines Day, Christmas, Easter & Halloween - These are times I do special Themed Cupcakes etc :)

Cake prices vary Depending on Size, Tiers, Design and Flavours.
