We have state-of-the-art training and production kitchens, equipped to the highest professional standard, and our own Brasserie and Restaurant, run by students and open to the public.

Our courses provide great work experience opportunities with leading catering and hospitality businesses. The restaurant sector is booming, which means there is a big demand for trained catering and hospitality staff – making it a great time to join this growing industry.

Past students have gone on to win highly-coveted places at top UK hotel management training programmes and on to professional cookery and hospitality apprenticeships in leading restaurantsand hotels.

In addition to your main qualification in Catering, Hospitality & Front of House, you will gain other skills within the college’s ‘Passport to Success’ .
