Craft and Create

Craft and Create....that’s what it’s all about! An idea I have toyed with for a while and finally decided to do something about!

Workshops for children to come and learn a new craft although there will be things for adults along the way too! There will also be family events so everyone can enjoy making something together.

The workshops will vary in length depending on the activities and priced accordingly. Numbers that can attend will also depend on the activity.

I have been disclosure checked to hold the workshops so children can be dropped off and the grown-ups can enjoy a few hours relaxing and await the reveal of their amazing results!

I will be offering a wide variety of things to learn and do (other than knitting and felting.....that is a complete no go area for me.......the results of the few things I have attempted speak for themselves!)

I will also be willing to organise craft activites for parties at home – be it for princesses or pirates, there will be something for everyone! More details for this to follow. I am based in Whalsay but will be willing to travel out the isle; travel expenses will be included in the price.

I would like to be able to take photos at the workshops to post on Facebook and use for advertising Craft and Create so at the first event your child attends and you are happy for their photo to be taken, could you please come in and sign a consent form. Thank you.
