As a recognised British Olympic Association Support Centre we are able to offer experienced athletes and gym users a range of customised exercise programmes to help you maintain the level of your fitness for a specific period of time or improve it for a targeted performance or event.

Our partnership with leading equipment manufacturers and sports governing bodies allows us to provide you with specialised equipment and training programmes that measure your performance with absolute precision and revolutionise the way you train. We can even design programmes that will help you to get fit with as little as five, ten or fifteen minutes targeted exercise a day. You choose when and for how long and we help you do the rest.
