Cottage Garden Nursery

Established in 1982, Cottage Garden Nursery is a beautiful oasis in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. From small beginnings, the nursery still has a cottage garden atmosphere and is a plant lovers paradise.

Surrounded by a wide variety of plants from the moment you arrive in the car park, there is plenty to see to help influence all of your garden design ideas. The nursery is set in 2 acres, with a cottage garden planted at the rear. Our love of wildlife and conservation plays a large part in the running of the Bee and Butterfly borders at our nursery.

We are a small and personal company, with interest in giving satisfaction and a joy of gardening to all of our customers.
