Cornish Burger Co at Steam-Bristol

The chefs behind the Cornish Burger Co. started out selling delicious burgers along with paella at Sennen Cove twenty years ago. Since then they have catered at large events including Mazey Day, part of the historic Galowan Festival and the Newlyn Fish Festival where they had their own seafood cafe serving local fish known for its freshness.

Using excellent Cornish ingredients, they have created a unique and broad pop-up menu for Steam-Bristol next to Clifton Down Station. Their burgers are made from 100% Cornish beef sourced from Matt and Steve at Sandy Park Butchers, their fish comes fresh from Cornish fishing boats and their artisan bread is made by a local Polish baker.
