Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) is the name given by Dr Usui to a system of natural hands on healing originating in Japan. Reiki means 'universal life energy, the vital energy around and within all living things.
Reiki is a gentle & non-invasive therapy which works with the Universal Life Force Energy that is all around us, to balance both your body & mind.

Treatments are carried out fully clothed & usually on a couch. The gentle laying on of hands on your chakra points along the body & channelling the healing energy enables your bodies own healing ability to take place.

The energy does it work by clearing any blockages within your chakra's, which are energy centres in which all body energy passes. If your centres are blocked discomfort & dis-ease set in, causing many physical & emotional imbalances.

There is no belief system attached to Reiki so anyone may receive or learn to give a Reiki treatment.

Infinite Balance is an energy treatment which 'aims to acheive a balanced flow of energy in your aura, meridians and chakras that in turn help to bring balance to your physical, spiritual and emotional self.'
The true alignment of your shoulders over your hips is a state of balance that willl ensure fluid but strong movement of your whole physical form. Consider a condition where your hips are not in a true line.... perhaps through accidental damage or wear and tear...... this would effect all your forward movement! Your ankles and knees would all be effected as welll as your spine causing a mis-alignment of your central energy prism. With the Infinite balance treatment I would balance your Sacred Triangles of Energy into movements that correct your body's misalignment. Pain held in your muscles, joints and nerve complexes is released. Emotional and mental problems are let go of as your energetic bodies are brought into alignment.
This treatment can be combined either Reiki or Reflexology to further enhance their effectiveness for you.

This process allows your body's own ability to heal itself and balance your mind, body & soul, all of which are esential for the maintenance of good health.

I have recently been having reflexology treatments with Candy and have to say she is one of the most gifted therapists I have had the pleasure of experiencing. Being a long time qualified Reflexologist myself, I am extremely critical, however Candy truely shines with her incredible healing energies which makes her treatment one of the best I have ever experienced!

I have spent the last 9 years studying and practicing complimentary therapies.

I acheived my First Degree in Reiki in November 2003.
My Second Degree in October 2004
