I’m very much into health and fitness and I want to help you reach all of your goals! Whether it be to tone up, lose weight, or even gain some muscle mass, I can get you there in the most efficient way possible!

Gym Induction (free with Customized Gym Programme) – £10 per hour

I also run a number of free gym classes for members of the Ocean Terminal Pure Gym, so please feel free to attend, or come and find myself on the gym floor with any questions!
