Our high energy classes under night club style lights are like no other in Norwich. Our experienced trainers and coaches will encourage you through each workout and you'll be guaranteed to feel great once you've finished.

Core Fitness personal trainers will also create bespoke exercise and nutrition programmes for all of our clients and members.

After your session you can enjoy a juice or protein shake or the 'core kitchen' bar made by one of our staff. They will tell you which option would be most suited to fit your goals.
