I started baking at school, and as my children grew up I made cakes for their birthdays. My last child was born in 2003 and I each year have made him a cake, a theme for what either he was into, or the party he had. As the years went on, I was asked to make cakes for family & friends, in which i did and found I was getting better and learning more technics. I then started to research into out how to start my own business, register with the HM revenue, etc So here I am, hoping it will work for me.
