Coaching deals with the here and now. It is not a therapy which can correct illness caused by past events, but it can help calm things down and work out what is important to you.
You can learn to work out what you really want in life (your goals).
It can also help you realise what is getting in the way of being successful in life (the blocks & challenges). We can then work out what you might need to do to overcome the difficulties and reach your realistic result (the actions).
We can work together to look at the issues and help you plan positively for the future.
