Connor McQuillan ATCL Diplcm- td Piano Tuition

Connor McQuillan is a 16 year old pupil of Ballymena Academy who has already achieved much in his musical career. Connor is currently on his Grade 8 in both the piano and the clarinet, as well as being six-time champion at Ballymena Music Festival. This year he was awarded the Talented Young Person’s Bursary by Ballymena Borough Council alongside running as one of only eight finalists in Instrumentalist of the Year. Connor has played in many different ensembles, such as Ballymena Chamber Orchestra and the City of Belfast School of Music Junior Youth Orchestra, and he was also accepted as part of the Musical Theatre for Youth Touring Ensemble.

This year, Connor is offering piano tuition all young people interested in learning the instrument. Lessons will be available right from beginner level up to Grade 3 and all ages are welcome. Lesson times are flexible and can be worked around the individual.

First lessons are free if booked before the end of August, following that all classes will be charged at £5 for 30 minutes.
