Concept 9 Fitness was set up to provide a quality service incorporating a depth of science in fitness classes, to help you achieve your own specific exercise or sporting goals.

Personally I have many qualifications in the fitness industry including a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a range of gym and specific fitness qualifications, from many years of working with various customers and athletes I have gained a wealth of knowledge to ensure you reach your potential.
