Compass Theatre

Compass Theatre was the Runner Up in the 'Best Greater London Theatre 2013' awards, nominated by netmums members.

Hillingdon Theatres are Compass Theatre in Ickenham, the Winston Churchill Theatre in Ruislip and the Barra Hall Park Open Air Theatre in Hayes. Hillingdon Theatres are owned and run by Hillingdon Council and provides a regular meeting and performance space for many of Hillingdon's community of drama, music and art groups.

The venues are professionally managed by a small team of permanent staff supported by volunteers.

Volunteers help with box-office, the coffee and wine bars and various other roles within the organisation.

Hillingdon Theatres also provide a varied programme of events specifically for younger people - from Compass Kidz who offer weekly drama classes for those as young as 4 - to 360 Youth Theatre who provide weekly and holiday programmes of drama, vocal and film making workshops for from 13 to 19 years old.
