College Farm Bed & Breakfast offers 4 Star Silver Award accommodation in our Grade ll Listed 15th Century farmhouse on an arable farm 6 miles west of Ipswich in Suffolk. We have 3 comfortable double or twin bedrooms ( 2 ensuite) furnished to a high standard with added luxuries to make your stay memorable. One of our bedrooms is in a converted stable on the ground-floor which is ideal for guests who find climbing stairs a problem. Our Bed & Breakfast is convenient for exploring this part of Suffolk with Constable Country, pretty villages, Heritage coastline and National Trust properties all close by. We are open from mid-January to mid-December.
