COCKLES offers a daily fish chowder or bisque, dressed crabs with rocket, dill and samphire, sea bass ceviche, soused herrings & smoked mackerel, and salt and pepper crevettes on Docker sourdough bread, grilled sardines and herring roes on toast according to season, plus small plates of prawns, marinaded anchovies, local whelks and,of course, cockles.
Liquid refreshments is a selection of Chapel Down and French wines and Curious Brew and Time and Tide beers. Open Fri-Sun and seasonally during holidays. Check FB for updates.
