COAST AND COUNTRY CONDITIONING - RESIDENTIAL BOOTCAMPS

A 7 day residential bootcamp based in the heart of St Davids’, surrounded by the stunningly beautiful, world recognised Pembrokeshire coastal path.

The highest quality classes, delivered by experienced and conscientious trainers with over 15 years experience, And top quality food prepared fresh on site by our very talented chef, who just happens to have been personal chef to the worlds rich and famous! (The King and Queen of Jordan to name two!) You really won’t want this week to end!

Arriving on the Sunday afternoon, you will be introduced to the staff who will be looking after you and shown to your accommodation, in the evening you will meet up with the rest of the group as we explain what the week will entail over dinner, we will then do some ice breakers and team building games to relax you and get you settled.

After all the mandatory paperwork has been dealt with, The rest of the week will be a mixture of as many different physical training methods as we can fit in, including HIIT, Tabata, Circuits, Bootcamp, Kettlebells, Boxercise, Running, Open water swimming and Yoga, as well as early morning ‘wake up walks’, coastal tours and ‘points of interest’ treks. We also want you to experience some of the exceptional things that only St Davids can offer, so we will also be working with Blue Ocean Adventures to offer an exciting boat trip around Ramsey island on their 600hp RIB. The week will then finish off on the Friday with a special BBQ and some more games such as Sumo wrestling and uniquely Archery tag, as the only company in Wales able to offer this! departure will then be either Friday evening or Saturday morning (Red Bull are holding their world cliff diving championships on the Saturday and Sunday for which there are no tickets available, however we may be able to get you in if interested - additional costs will apply for this)

Accommodation will be a treat all of its own, staying in a luxury tented community in gorgeously landscaped surroundings, with food hall, outdoor kitchen, shower and toilets, fire pit ‘crater’, and of course breath taking views. Each tent will have either a single or double bed with plenty of room for all you gear, offering you a comfortable and relaxing place to recover after a hard but enjoyable day of training and exploring.
