On arrival, you’ll be greeted with a warm smile, a warm house and cosy ready-made beds. The open-plan kitchen/dining area provides social space to enjoy a family meal. The living room has an electric coal-effect fire, traditional furnishings and provides access to a small terrace. From the terrace, stone steps lead down to the stone-walled private garden complete with furniture for six and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. There’s also storage for bikes and surfboards, and a slate chipping patio where wetsuits can be rinsed and dried. There are 2 parking spaces to the rear of the courtyard, and access is permitted for loading and unloading at any time.

From the fascinating Eden Project and Sea Life Centre, to the beautiful Camel Trail and coastal walks from Port Isaac, there is something for everyone to do within a 30-minute drive of this all-season rural retreat.
