CONSERVE
Co. is due to be recognised as one of the city’s most sustainable, eco- friendly and forward- thinking daytime eatery, grocery, bakery & events spaces yet with plans to put in place a zero waste policy later in the year and to becomeso efficient as an eatery to then eventually act as a producer in many areas as well. There is a heavy focus on recycling/ up cycling and sustainability in
addition to focusing on reducing our carbon footprint, having taken all of these factors into consideration with every aspect of our decision
making process for renovations, design, sourcing, storage, offering and waste solutions.
CONNECT
Our ethos is to be transparent in all of our practices, to source locally and organic wherever possible and to work with other independents, micro breweries, local coffee roasters and local farms to produce our dishes & to offer artisan products to our customers.
CONSUME
There is a huge focus on healthier foods, superfoods, vegan, vegetarian,
refined sugar free and gluten free options and we do not use any microwaves or bain maries, in a bid to keep our promise that all food will either be
prepared fresh on site every morning or made to order.
