Meet the Team

Tresa Storer - Manager

Started in Travel in 1997, followed by 15 years service in the travel industry for Going Places. Progressed from a part time sales adviser to branch manager at numerous stores.

Louise Roughton - Assistant Manager

5 years travel experience beginning with a National Diploma in Travel & Tourism, then worked overseas with Thomason in Corfu as a rep. After this worked with Thomas Cook as foreign Exchange advisor, completed a Management fastrack programme and promoted to Customer Service Manager with Going Places for the last 2 years.

Becca Hannigan - Senior Travel Advisor

7.5 years experience, started working at Co-operative Travel as an apprentice working up to an Assistant Manager in training. Has achieved NVQ's in Travel Services Level 2/3, Business Admin Level 2 and Customer Services Level 3. Also has Key Skills in Numeracy and Literacy.

Lynsey Carter - Senior Travel Advisor

Has 12 years experience starting at First Choice, followed by working for TUI as a sales advisor and worked up to a manager position, covering various roles in branch.

Alex Stelmach - Sales Advisor

Has 2 years experience in travel, including a Master Degree in Tourism and Recreation and Travel Advisor position at Cooperative Travel.

Chelsey Dickson-Taylor - Sales Advisor

Has 2 years travel experience starting with Going Places as an apprentice. Chelsey has completed a 2 year City & Guilds Diploma and has experience in coordinator roles specialising in Attraction tickets. Chelsey has also completed a Travel and Tourism course.

Dana Morris - Sales Advisor

Started with First Choice as travel advisor for 6 years, moving onto home working and then back on the high street working for the Cooperative for a year.

Harley Perry - Travel Money Advisor

Has worked 5.5 years in foreign exchange, advising people about their Holiday Money, followed by working for Euro change.
