Clubbercise class?
After checking in grab your glow sticks, we darken the room, get the lights going and warm up. Then we dance, laugh and sweat our way through club classics waving our arms in the air like we just don't care! Wear sports gear or loose clothing, trainers (no heels please) and a water bottle and a small towel. It doesn't matter if you think you can't dance, easy to follow routines make it easy for everyone to enjoy. You can be a complete fitness freak or a beginner - take it at your own level. See you on the dance floor.
