Wow, where do I start? After my 3 year bicycle trip around the world, I realised that I never wanted to work for anybody again. The sense of freedom you get riding a bicycle really does leave a lasting impression on you and so I decided to find something that I was passionate about.

I wanted to work in the health and wellness industry, but at the same time I wanted to have the freedom to start and stop when I chose, so that I could book the cheapest flights throughout the year and go travelling whenever I decided.

I came across an opportunity promoting health and wellness products for an established company working from the comfort of my own home.

It sounded too good to be true. Simply talking to your friends and Family and 'sharing' the products with them and making a decent profit.

But then reality hits you in the face. Not everybody wants your products and not everybody is interested in your business and when a close member of your family or a friend tells you this, it hurts.

When starting out in this business it can be really frustrating and you feel like banging your head into a wall.

None of this is new. The industry has always been like this. Lots of people joining companies and trying to promote products, when they have never been taught to market anything in their lives.

I decided to follow my sponsor's advice and invest time not in my business, but in myself. I decided to learn the trade. A normal apprenticeship takes 3-4 years. In Network marketing it usually takes a year to learn the business, but at this stage a large proportion of members have dropped out.

And so, I have decided on this website to share some of the mistakes that I have made and show more effective ways of earning an income through network marketing, even when your prospect says no to your company.
