Clitheroe St. James'

Clitheroe St. James' C.E Primary School is an inclusive Christian Primary school providing a caring, stimulating, loving environment where each child's education and wellbeing are our main focus. A school where children can develop to the best of their ability both intellectually and physically. Our last OFSTED inspection rated us a Good school and Outstanding in our SIAMS, RE Inspection.

Our school is a large family where pupils are encouraged to look after their environment and to care about others. It is a community where the children are encouraged and motivated to be good citizens of the future. All children are welcome irrespective of background and ability.

Throughout each child's life at school we make great efforts to establish good home/school relationships and value parental support. Parents are encouraged to take an active part in the life of the school and in their child's education. The school is also proud of its strong links with its parent church St. James'.
