Chris and Emma Pattison Healthy Nutrition - Herbalife

Herbalife was introduced to me by my husband who had been using the products to help support his weight gain. He has for many years had various stomach problems, including IBS, and his weight had dropped to 8 stone. After trying many treatments and plans suggested by GP’s and dieticians that were unsuccessful he has so far put on 3 stone with Herbalife and if at a much healthier weight. Seeing his success and seeing the success of his distributor who had lost 5 stone with Herbalife, I decided to try it, admittedly I was sceptical but I was keen to get healthy and happy.
The first thing I noticed was my increase in energy which gave me a new attitude towards my life. I was much more positive. As I started losing weight and my energy grew more and more I was confident enough to begin exercising more. Before I knew it I was having a healthy nutrition meal plan that fit perfectly into my busy life. I was no longer skipping meals, missing out on essential vitamins and therefore feeling run down. I was instead eating well, feeling well, sleeping well, exercising and feeling on top of the world.
My love of the core products grew stronger and I began to discover new products that would improve my health and wellness. I attended some Herbalife training with my husband and was inspired by the testimonials I heard from the speakers that day. People who had lost weight, gained muscle mass, recovered from illnesses and make new lives for themselves. Although Herbalife do not claim to cure any medical conditions, the core nutrition of the products as well as the targeted nutrition clearly helps support peoples health and recovery.
At this point I decided this was something I wanted to share. I am so passionate about bringing the health, happiness and wellness I have gained to the wider community. Being a person who has always been eager to help others and bring about positive outcomes I could not resist the opportunity to further this. As a young couple with a young family on a low income we are determined to work hard so our new business can succeed, and I can’t think of a better business to be in than helping to better people’s lives. Our mission now is to share my experience with as many others as I can and help as many people as we can to achieve health and wellness.
