Chloe Radcliffe has been in Sales and Marketing for over fifteen years, holding a variety of Senior positions from a very young age. The youngest ever woman to achieve an accredited Senior Business Manager award through Volkswagen UK whilst working for Europe's largest Volkswagen Showroom is certainly one of the highlights of Chloe's career. Chloe has also had a long and successful career in Media and Advertising, qualifying as a creative studio photographer at the age of 21 and going onto win a company gold award for having her work published in the companies advertising material.

Chloe has worked for well known organisations such as The British Chambers of Commerce, The Yellow Pages (HIBU Plc) and Scottish Provincial Press where she was responsible for the special publications advertising, which provided her with the foundation to run her own successful business in freelance sales, marketing and business development in which she had a team of staff working at her Yorkshire based offices.

In 2015, Chloe became a mother and it was this new yet rewarding challenge in life that taught her how to balance work with life yet still be successful and have the career. Thanks to her sister, Chloe was introduced to the brand new cosmetics company Maelle and became a business owner / Maelle Mentor which is now a thriving business, currently recruiting daily for more 'mentors'. Alongside Maelle, Chloe also runs a successful wider Cosmetics business with an online store as well as practising as a business consultant, providing sales and marketing support to local businesses and organisations as well as sales training, coaching and business mentoring for Network Marketers.

In October 2017, Chloe will be qualified in Beauty Therapy, Nail Technology, Mindset and Life Coaching offering professional services in all these areas to clients.
