China Go

China Go was born out of a conversation between three friends in May, 2017. Jian Zhang, the CEO of Haida International Education Group, made a surprise visit to his friends, Joseph and Kelly, where he sought their advice on how he might best grow his already successful TEFL recruitment agency in China.

Jian had established Haida in order to supply TEFL teachers to schools in his hometown of Hangzhou. For Jian, this wasn't just about business, this was something he was deeply passionate about. The company has grown year on year and now supplies TEFL teachers across Hangzhou and increasingly across the Chinese mainland to meet the increasing demand from Chinese kindergartens, schools and universities.

With their combined knowledge and experience, and with their passion for international exchange, China Go seemed like the obvious way forward. And so, on a rainy Saturday afternoon in Barlaston, Staffordshire, Jian, Joseph and Kelly agreed to establish China Go as partners to help meet that growing demand.
