Because these are all made by myself and I sometimes put my own twists on making them up there will always be an element of individualism to all my ChikkaRoos thats what makes them unique to you. All measurements are aprox and may vary slightly as each carrier is cut and sewn individually.

I have been a seamstress for a good number of years and know about fabrics and threads and the difference between stretch and give in a fabric, I know about stress points and how to strengthen them, I know what creates comfort and how nips and tucks can create a whole new look.
With my experience and love of creating I am striving for a full buckle carrier that is safe in its construction and practical to use. Ease of use is a must... being able to use when you need to, out and about or just in the home.....the ability to do it up by yourself without a struggle is something that makes babywearing even more enjoyable and stress free.
Only 100%cotton materials are used in both the core fabric and the pattern body panel. I use top class Nexus/YKK buckles and quality strap webbing.

On ordering a ChikkaRoo or ChikkaRoo Lite you and I are entering into a contract....
your part is to pay the agreed amount by whatever method arranged ie: paypal or Bank transfer....
mine is to provide you with a ChikkaRoo carrier that is safe and secure for both you and your little one in the agreed size and fabrics chosen.(aprox size guide above)

If for any reason you need to return item the postage costs will be your responsibility,

1) for a fault found. and after receiving item back and on inspection it is a maker fault a repair or replacement will be offered....

2) for a fault deemed to be other than makers fault a charge for repair may be incurred.

3) for a change of mind return a partial refund will be given less postage and reasonable fees

4) a return for any other reason will be between purchaser and maker to agree terms.
