We offer a bespoke range of unique, luxury handcrafted baby keepsakes including baby shower and christening invitations, 1st tooth/curl boxes, personalised sixpences, big brother/sister treat boxes, keepsake treasure boxes with personalised contents, christening guest books and post boxes. All of our handmade products can be adapted to suit your personal requirements and there are no hidden costs for our bespoke design service. Please read our terms and conditions before you place an order.
Once your order and payment are received, this will mean that you are entering into an agreement, and that you have read, agree to and fully understand our Terms & Conditions.

we will normally answer emails within 24 hours.

Delivery
Normally, subject to the quantity, design and availability of products needed to make your order. We will give you an estimated dispatch date at the time you place your order and the diary entry is made, as a guideline only. If we cannot meet the estimated date, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Our non-personalised items and accessories are subject to availability and will normally be dispatched within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy
All orders subject to personalisation are made to our clients specific requirements.The Distant Selling Regulations do not apply for such orders.
We understand that circumstances may change and we are prepared to offer our clients:
1. Once your order has been accepted and preparations have commenced, we will refund 25% of the total cost along with the complete postage charges.
2. Once your order has been printed and completed, we will refund your postage charges only due to the cost, materials and time consumed.

Proof Policy
We will send a proof of your order via email. It is YOUR responsibility to check the spelling and wording, BEFORE accepting the proof and giving permission for the printing and completion of your order to commence. A charge may be incurred if we are not notified of such an error and reprinting service is requested.
We are very careful and proof read all of our work to check for any errors. We are proud of our track record, but, occasionally a mistake can happen, if this is down to error made by us, free reprinting will be done.
Once your proof has been agreed as ready to print, and printing has commenced, if you wish to make any changes, the charge for reprinting will be at the same cost stated on our Price List for inserts, which is currently 40p per item



Loss, Damaged and Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of loss or damage to your order, once we have confirmed the loss or damage, we will replace the items. We do not offer a refund orders, we will replace the order. This is not negotiable.

It is highly unlikely that any part of your order will be faulty or missing, however, if this should be the case please notify me within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Natural Variation
Our stationery is all handmade from scratch and natural variation can occur in sizes and colours. We do advise our clients to place their full stationery order at the same time so that it reduces the chance of colour/shade variations. Batches of Card, Paper and Embellishments can also vary.


Distance Selling Regulations

The Distance Selling Regulations and cancellations policies do not apply to products that have been made to the specific requirements of a client and/or that have been personalized accordingly.

Ordering & Payments

We accept orders by email, these are printed out as standard procedure as part of our filing and accounting system. We are happy to accept payments by:
Direct Bank Transfer, Paypal or Personal Cheque.
Please note that we will not commence work until funds have cleared into our bank account.
Full Client Confidentiality is assured at all times and we will not make any changes or discuss your order with anyone else, at any time.
