I have an unmeasurable passion for quality food and a love for all types of cuisine. I am capable of producing a wide variety of dishes from many parts of the world. I specialise in Mediterranean delights with modern twists and creativity and have an in depth and broad knowledge of classic French cuisine. This is incorporated with my knowledge of other world foods such as Middle Eastern, Asian, Eastern European, West Indian, North African and traditional Irish and British classics.
