Welcome to Charltons Bar Cambois, located right on one of the best seaside destinations in the North East.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and our fantastic home cooked food; from delicious hearty Sunday dinners to a wide variety of bar snacks and main courses. Wether you fancy a homemade Steak Pie or our Cajun Fish there is always a choice for everyone.
We offer great overall experience with fantastic views, beer gardens and also free wifi.

We are dog friendly too so why not come and join us for a cold pint and hot beef roll after a stroll on the beach? With excellent value for money you'll discover that there's simply no better place to eat, drink and relax.

Alongside offering food and drink we have a large beautiful function room that can be used for any occasion, with large patio doors opening on to a lawn that offer amazing views of the beach, we can also provide in house catering/marques for any event.

Throughout the summer we offer a wide range of different events;
- It's a knockout: The good old famous inflatable assault course for adults (small one for children)
- Burger Festival: Wide range of different exotic burgers such as, Crocodile, Zebra, Kangaroo and Buffalo.
- Charltons Family Fun Day: (Free entry, some attractions may charge a small fee) Donkey rides, mini fair ground, burger vans, hook a duck, animal encounters, stalls, tombolas, digger-land, bouncy castles, DJs, face painting, photo booths, and much more.

Coming 2016: We are currently in the process of building 7 ensuite bedrooms with outstanding views of the seaside coastline to offer bed and breakfast throughout the year.
