More about Chameleon Players

The Chameleon Players, formed in January 1985, is probably the best amateur theatre group in the city of Hull.

We are informal and welcoming. We usually put on three productions a year, either at Northern Academy of Performing Arts on Anlaby Road, or the Studio Theatre at Hull Truck, for which we rehearse Mondays and Thursdays weekly, and a few Sundays at Lonsdale Community Centre. Membership is free, but we all chip in £2 a rehearsal for room hire.

New members – experienced or novice, are always warmly welcomed and encouraged to get involved. Plays are chosen and directed by any member that wants to. The only eligibility criterion – you must like tea! (or pretend that you do)
