Chameleon Personnel Services is a small, rapidly growing Recruitment Business dealing predominantly with Accounts, Finance and Administrative appointments. Over the past 8 years we have established a reputation of reliability and trust with a client base which encompasses a substantial slice of the Home Counties and North London.

Our Chameleon logo has been selected as a symbol of a company ever ready and willing to adapt to changes in client needs, and the aspirations of our carefully vetted candidates.

With a continually growing client base ranging from small and medium sized businesses to larger, multi national organizations, we are in a position to unite talented individuals with the right company to suit their career aspirations, whilst providing clients with the most relevant individual for their job.

The recent Global economic changes led us to consider carefully our business model. And as many of our clients did, we too assessed our market position and product viability. Our conclusion was that our clients who are also continually striving to be the best in their fields still needed to recruit, therefore they still needed a recruitment agency they could trust that could help provide them with key players for the future. They just felt that the cost of recruiting through an agency was no longer viable for many of their roles.

This led us to re-structure our traditional business model for the recruitment of permanent employees and we have used this change as a platform for the introduction of a whole new system of recruitment that is based on LOW fixed monthly fees.

We believe this new 'modus operandi' will change companies' recruitment procedures forever and candidates' perception of how the agency model operates ... both for the better.
